This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dyal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without express written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 14 through 16 shall survive any termination of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of California. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Dyal.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dyal regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
No Waiver. The failure of Dyal to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. Dyal may assign these Terms without restriction.
